In-person Retreat

Our retreats are immersive, in-person experiences where we slow down, unplug, and go deep. Held in intentional spaces, these gatherings blend reflection, movement, ritual, and rest, inviting you to reconnect with your body, your emotions, and each other.
We make room for the full range of expression: laughter, grief, silence, joy, and everything in between. Together, we explore what it means to live beyond the mask through presence. These are spaces for transformation, for unlearning, and for remembering who you are when you’re not performing.

Our guest speaker series brings in bold, diverse voices who challenge norms, disrupt binaries, and expand what’s possible. Each session is an invitation to think differently, feel more deeply, and engage with ideas that stretch us beyond the familiar.
From decolonizing masculinity to emotional sovereignty, our speakers bring lived wisdom, not just theory. These conversations spark dialogue, inspire reflection, and remind us that liberation is a shared, evolving practice rooted in story, resistance, and imagination

There is no fixing, no agenda. Just space to be real, explore what’s coming up for you, and reconnect with your truth in an honest, compassionate way.
